Butterfly Pea Lemonade

Ingredients:
2 cups (480 ml) hot water
2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers (or 4–5 tea bags)
1/3–1/2 cup (65–100 g) sugar, to taste
1 cup (240 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 cups (480 ml) cold water or sparkling water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices, for garnish
Fresh mint leaves, optional
Instructions:
Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 7–10 minutes until deep blue.
Strain out flowers and stir in sugar to dissolve.
Cool to room temperature, then chill until cold.
In a pitcher, combine chilled blue tea, lemon juice, and cold water or sparkling water.
Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon to your preference.
Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint.
