Ingredients:
Strong brewed coffee, chilled – 1 cup (240 ml)
Milk (dairy or plant-based) – 1 cup (240 ml)
Caramel sauce – 4 tablespoons, plus extra for drizzling
Granulated sugar or simple syrup – 1–2 tablespoons, to taste
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Ice cubes – 2–3 cups (about 300–350 g)
Pinch of salt – optional
Whipped cream – for topping
Extra caramel sauce – for drizzling
Crushed caramel candies or toffee bits – optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Brew strong coffee, cool completely, and chill. Drizzle caramel inside serving glasses and refrigerate.
Add chilled coffee and milk to a blender with caramel, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Add ice and blend until thick, icy, and smooth, adjusting ice or milk for slush texture.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness, blending briefly after any changes.
Pour the caramel frappe slush into prepared glasses, leaving room for toppings.
Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and optional crushed caramel candy. Serve immediately.
