Chocolate “Frosty” Protein Pint

Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
½ cup (120 g) Greek yogurt
2 scoops (about 60 g) chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tablespoons sweetener of choice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of fine salt
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum or 1 tablespoon instant pudding mix (optional)
1 to 1½ cups ice cubes
Instructions:
Chill a pint-sized freezer-safe container in the freezer.
Blend milk, yogurt, protein powder, cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and xanthan/pudding mix until smooth.
Add ice gradually and blend until thick, creamy, and frosty.
Adjust sweetness and texture with more sweetener or a splash of milk if needed.
Transfer mixture to chilled container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze 2–3 hours.
Let soften briefly at room temperature, then scoop and serve.
