Ingredients:
Coca-Cola – 3 cups, chilled
Coconut syrup – ¼ cup, plus extra to taste
Fresh lime juice – 2 tablespoons
Half-and-half or heavy cream – ⅓ cup
Ice cubes – 4 cups
Lime wedges – for garnish
Sweetened shredded coconut – 1–2 tablespoons (optional)
Instructions:
Chill serving glasses in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
Add ice, chilled Coke, coconut syrup, and lime juice to a blender.
Blend on high until thick, icy, and slushy with no big ice chunks.
Taste and adjust with extra coconut syrup or Coke, blending briefly again.
Divide slush between frosted glasses and drizzle cream over each to create swirls.
Garnish with lime wedges and shredded coconut, add straws, and serve immediately.
