DIY “Lunchable” Cracker Stack Box

Ingredients:
24–30 bite-sized crackers
6 slices deli turkey, halved and folded
6 slices deli ham, halved and folded
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares
6 slices Swiss or provolone cheese, cut into squares
1 cup grapes
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup cucumber sticks
4 tablespoons hummus (or other dip)
4 tablespoons nuts or seeds (optional)
4 tablespoons small chocolate pieces or mini cookies (optional)
4 divided, reusable lunch containers
Instructions:
Set out 4 dry, divided lunch containers with lids.
Cut cheese into cracker-sized squares; fold turkey and ham into bite-sized pieces.
Divide crackers, turkey, ham, and cheese evenly into one section of each container.
Add grapes, carrots, and cucumber sticks in separate compartments, away from crackers.
Portion hummus into small cups and add to each box; include nuts and treats if using.
Seal containers, refrigerate up to 3–4 days, and pack with an ice pack for transport.
