Ingredients:
1 ½ cups (360 ml) milk
3 cups ice cubes
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 packets hot chocolate mix (about 6 tablespoons)
1–2 tablespoons granulated sugar, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
Whipped cream, for topping
2 tablespoons chocolate chips or shaved chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
Blend milk, cocoa powder, hot chocolate mix, sugar, vanilla, salt, and chocolate syrup until smooth.
Add ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is thick, icy, and slushy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness with more sugar, syrup, or ice, blending briefly.
Pour into chilled glasses, filling almost to the top.
Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle chocolate chips, and serve immediately.
