Ingredients:
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 medium apple, sliced and tossed with lemon juice
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1–2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
100 g cheese, cubed
120 g sliced turkey or chicken
1 cup cucumber rounds
½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup baby carrots
1 cup whole-grain crackers
¼ cup mixed nuts
Optional: pinch of cinnamon, mint leaves
Instructions:
Rinse and dry grapes and strawberries; hull and halve strawberries. Slice the apple and toss with lemon juice.
Mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and optional lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
Cut cheese into cubes and roll turkey or chicken slices; slice cucumber and gather remaining savory items.
In each box, arrange grapes, strawberries, and apple slices in a fruit section, adding a small cup of yogurt dip.
In another section, add cheese cubes, rolled turkey, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, crackers, and mixed nuts, packing snugly.
Seal boxes, refrigerate up to 2 days, and pack with an ice pack when taking to go.
