High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Ninja Creami Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml) chocolate high-protein milk
½ cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons (30 g) creamy peanut butter (or 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter)
2 tablespoons (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tablespoons (24–36 g) sugar, honey, maple syrup, or sweetener
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of fine salt
Optional: 1–2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts (mix-ins)
Instructions:
Whisk protein milk, yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Pour into Ninja Creami pint to the max fill line and tap to release air bubbles.
Cover and freeze the pint on a flat surface for at least 24 hours, until solid.
Spin on “Lite Ice Cream” or “Ice Cream” once in the Ninja Creami.
If crumbly, add 1–3 tablespoons protein milk and use “Re-spin” until creamy.
Add chocolate chips or peanuts and run “Mix-In,” then scoop and serve immediately.
