Lavash Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:
2 large lavash flatbread sheets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup pizza or marinara sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup thinly sliced bell pepper
¼ cup pepperoni slices (optional)
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. Place lavash in a single layer.
Mix olive oil and minced garlic, then brush over lavash, especially the edges.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on lavash, leaving a small border. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly on top.
Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and pepperoni if using. Season with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned and lavash edges are crisp and golden.
Rest 2–3 minutes, top with fresh basil, slice into squares, and serve hot.
