8 thin slices deli turkey
4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
4 large lettuce leaves, torn
8 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
½ small cucumber, thinly sliced
¼ small red onion, very thinly sliced (optional)
1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for brushing)
Toothpicks or small skewers, as needed
Instructions:
Spread: Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.Toast: Slice mini bagels, lightly brush with olive oil, and toast until just golden.Spread: Coat each toasted bagel half with the cream cheese mixture; season lightly.Layer: Add turkey, cheddar, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and optional red onion to half the bagel halves.Assemble: Top with remaining bagel halves, press gently, cut into smaller bites, and secure with toothpicks.Serve: Arrange on a platter, chill briefly for cleaner cuts if desired, then serve.
