Ingredients:
Frozen orange juice concentrate – 1 cup
Cold milk – 1 cup
Cold water – 1 cup
Granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons
Ice cubes – 3 to 4 cups
Pinch of salt
Optional: heavy cream or half-and-half – 2 tablespoons
Optional garnish: orange slices and orange zest
Instructions:
Add orange juice concentrate, milk, water, sugar, vanilla, and salt to a blender; add heavy cream if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy, with sugar fully dissolved.
Add 3 cups ice cubes and blend until thick, smooth, and slushy.
Adjust thickness with more ice and sweetness with extra sugar, blending briefly.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with orange slices and zest.
Serve immediately, or chill briefly and re-blend if the slush softens.
