Ingredients:
1 cup fresh organic pineapple chunks
1 ripe organic banana, sliced
2 cups organic baby spinach
1–2 teaspoons fresh organic ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh organic lemon juice
1 cup organic coconut water (or filtered water / almond milk)
4–6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon organic chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
1 teaspoon organic honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Prep pineapple, banana, spinach, and ginger.
Add coconut water and spinach to the blender first.
Add pineapple, banana, ginger, lemon juice, and optional seeds and sweetener.
Top with ice cubes and blend on high until very smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness, ginger, or lemon to your liking and blend briefly again.
Pour into glasses, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
