Organic Wellness Tea Mocktail (Mint + Lemon + Berries)

Servings: 2 tall glasses (or 3–4 small)
Ingredients:
2 cups (480 ml) brewed organic green or herbal tea, chilled
1 cup (240 ml) cold sparkling water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
¼ cup fresh mixed berries
6–8 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
4–6 thin lemon slices
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
Brew tea, let cool, then chill thoroughly.
Stir chilled tea with lemon juice and honey or maple syrup until dissolved.
Muddle mint leaves and berries in the bottom of each serving glass.
Add ice and lemon slices to glasses, then pour in the tea mixture.
Top each glass with sparkling water and gently stir once or twice.
Garnish with extra mint, berries, and a lemon wheel. Serve immediately.
