Tropical Zing Juice

Servings: 2 large or 3 small glasses
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (300 g)
1 cup ripe mango cubes (150 g)
1 large orange, peeled and segmented
Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
1–2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
1–1½ cups cold water or coconut water (240–360 ml)
Ice cubes, for serving (optional)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare fruit by peeling and cutting pineapple, mango, and orange into chunks.
Add pineapple, mango, orange, ginger, and lime juice to a blender.
Pour in water or coconut water and add honey or maple syrup if needed.
Blend on high until completely smooth, adding a little more liquid if too thick.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a jug if you prefer a smoother juice, then chill or add ice.
Pour into glasses, add ice if desired, garnish with lime or pineapple, and serve immediately.
