Turkey + Cheese Sliders

Ingredients:
12 connected slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls
250–300 g (8–10 oz) sliced turkey
12 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
5 tablespoons (70 g) unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
¼ teaspoon fine salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line or grease a baking dish. Slice the connected rolls horizontally into top and bottom layers. Place bottom layer in the dish.
Mix mayonnaise and Dijon. Spread over the cut side of the bottom rolls.
Layer sliced turkey evenly over the rolls, then cover with cheese slices. Place the top rolls back on.
Stir melted butter, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, parsley, salt, and pepper together.
Brush or pour the buttery glaze over the tops of the rolls. Let stand 5–10 minutes.
Cover with foil and bake 12–15 minutes until cheese melts. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more until golden. Slice and serve warm.
