Ingredients:
Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) – 2 cups (480 g)
Honey or maple syrup – 2–3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Fresh strawberries, sliced – 1 cup
Fresh blueberries – 1 cup
Fresh raspberries – 1 cup
Granola – 2 cups
Chopped nuts – ¼ cup
Unsweetened shredded coconut – 2 tablespoons (optional)
Dark chocolate chips – 2 tablespoons (optional)
Chia or flax seeds – 1–2 tablespoons (optional)
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Fresh mint leaves – a few sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
Stir yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth and lightly sweet.
Wash, dry, and slice berries; toss with a little lemon juice if desired.
Arrange 4 clean meal-prep containers on the counter.
Divide yogurt between containers, then add mixed berries to a separate compartment.
Divide granola, nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, and seeds into the remaining compartments, keeping them dry.
Seal and refrigerate up to 3–4 days; mix toppings into yogurt just before eating.
